1. Who we are
Versus Law Ltd ("we", "us") operates weloveinsurance.co.uk and introduces insurance enquiries to FCA-regulated insurance brokers and providers ("Partners"). We are an introducer only — we do not arrange, provide or advise on insurance.
2. What the service does
When you submit a quote request, we share your details with one of our vetted Partners so they can prepare a personalised insurance quote and contact you. We are paid a fixed fee per introduction by the Partner that receives your enquiry, regardless of whether you go on to buy a policy.
3. Your information
By submitting the form you agree that we may share the details you provide with one Partner from our panel for the purpose of preparing a quote and contacting you. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing hello@weloveinsurance.co.uk.
4. No advice
Quotes shown on the site are indicative and subject to underwriting, eligibility, availability and Partner terms. Nothing on the site constitutes financial, tax or legal advice. You should read the policy documents carefully before buying any insurance product.
5. Limitation of liability
We do not accept liability for the acts or omissions of any Partner, including whether a policy is offered, declined or claims are handled. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total liability to you is limited to £100.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
